Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-26

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Venue Booking, this accounting and event-booking platform (the "Service"), provided by Venue Booking ("we", "us"). By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets your business (a "Customer") manage bookkeeping, including the chart of accounts, vouchers, ledgers and reports. For venues, it also manages bookings, itemized event charges, deposits and event profitability. Each Customer's data is kept in its own isolated company database.

2. Accounts & trial

New accounts start on a free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription. We may suspend access to accounts with an expired or unpaid subscription, without deleting your data, until payment is confirmed.

3. Billing

Subscription payments are currently handled manually: you transfer payment via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa using the receiving-account details shown on your Billing page, then submit the payment details for our review. Access is reactivated once we confirm the payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (vouchers, bookings, amounts, tax rates), for keeping your account credentials secure, and for complying with applicable tax and business regulations in your jurisdiction. The Service is a bookkeeping tool, not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

5. Data & backups

You can export a backup of your company's data at any time from Settings. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but recommend keeping your own periodic backups.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful use.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including errors in financial figures you enter or generate through it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
