Delete your Venue Khata account

You can start an account-deletion request from the Venue Khata mobile app under Profile → Request account deletion, or use the email link below.

How to submit your request

1. Email us from the address registered to your Venue Khata account.
2. Include your company name and clearly state that you want the account deleted.
3. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete the account and associated company data, including business records and uploaded files, except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or financial record-keeping obligations. We will explain any required retention when confirming the request.

Before deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Owners should export a company backup before requesting deletion and resolve any active subscription or ownership questions. Staff users may also request deletion of their individual login.
